  Welcome! Fanciful Creations is a fusion of my art and my jewelry. I have two stores on Etsy, and any item you choose to click on goes directly to my Etsy store. Ever since I was a young girl I wanted to be an artist, yet I decided that I needed to be able to draw a picture that looked just like the real image. How wrong I was! From that point on, I was drawn to arts and crafts. I needlepointed, I knitted, I made candles, I embellished pictures frames, and on the list went. It wasn't until I started teaching when I opened the door to painting. In our Monart seminar, I picked a piece of inspiration that was by Laurel Burch. I had been a fan of hers for years. I discovered her shapes and designs could be modified for my kindergartners, and so my first class, Fanciful Art, was born. From there the creative juices started flowing, and that love branched off to creating jewelry. I started creating art and jewelry for gifts. A dear friend of mine had discovered Etsy, and I opened a store. At first I had one shop, but then I decided two was the better way to go. Now, I love to create!
